Leavitt Group is Hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative Near Wyomissing, PA

The Leavitt Group’s affiliate Spott Insurance in Wyomissing, PA is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their busy office. In this position you will be responsible for the following:

Duties:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Greet customers
  • Take payments
  • Address any billing questions
  • Main contact for day to day customer needs
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies and brokers
  • Work with underwriters to amend coverage to meet client needs
  • Report and monitor claims until closed
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Property and Casualty license preferred
  • Ability to work Independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and underwriters
  • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to make recommendations specific to client needs
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Maintain a Team Environment while working remotely
